What Is Custom Metal Fabrication?

Metal Works & Galvanizing is the industrial arm of Power Builders — the design, fabrication, and installation of structural and architectural metal, from primary steel frames and platforms to stainless-steel installations and bespoke components for ports, railways, and industry.

We fabricate beams, cantilevers, and post-tensioning (PT) bars, and build power-transmission and telecom towers to international codes. Every element can be finished with hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) and surface protection for a long service life in harsh and marine environments.

Our Process

  1. Design & Detailing

    We work from the structural design to produce shop drawings, confirm connections, grades, and finishes, and plan fabrication and erection.

  2. Fabrication

    Members are cut, drilled, and welded in controlled conditions by qualified welders, with dimensional and weld-quality checks throughout.

  3. Corrosion Protection

    Steel is prepared and protected — galvanizing, metallizing, or coating — or supplied in stainless grade for the exposure.

  4. Erection & Installation

    Fabricated steel is delivered and erected or installed on site to line and level, with connections completed and verified.
