Anchoring

Concrete anchoring refers to the process of securely fastening or anchoring objects, fixtures, or structures to concrete surfaces. This is commonly done in construction, renovation, and maintenance projects to provide stability, support, and load-bearing capacity to various components.

The purpose of the anchoring process in reinforced concrete is to anchor iron rods in order to connect the iron mesh to the new concrete with existing concrete and to anchor grouts for the purpose of attaching a metal element to the concrete.

The anchoring process requires appropriate design of the material used, professional anchoring, and Pullout testing to test and ensure the quality of the concrete anchoring.

Testing​

After finishing the anchoring step, we should do the testing process by doing the Pull Out Test, to check the durability and the efficiency of the concrete anchoring.
